At this time, all services are self pay and payment is due at time of service. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. Flex spending account cards can be used to pay for services and proper documentation will be provided at the visit.
Please note, while insurance billing is not done through Power Nutrition, an insurance form can be completed and provided for you to submit directly at the end of each session.
Cancellation policy:
24 hour advance notice is required for ALL cancellations or to reschedule you appointment. If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame, charges will apply. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy.
